Our Verification Process

• Serial number logging: For brands that serialize their instruments (Montblanc, Visconti, and others), we record and verify each serial number against manufacturer databases before the pen is listed for sale.
• Physical inspection: Every pen is visually inspected by a trained specialist upon receipt. We check finish quality, nib alignment, engraving precision, hardware function, and packaging integrity.
• Documentation review: Warranty cards, booklets, and certificates are checked for completeness and authenticity.

If You Have Concerns

We stand behind every product we sell — fully and without reservation. If you ever have a question or concern about the authenticity of an item purchased from Legacy Pen House, here is what to do:

• Contact our authenticity team at authenticity@legacypenhouse.com with your order number and a description of your concern.
• We will respond within one business day with the item's full provenance documentation, including the authorized distributor of origin and serial number verification where applicable.
• If you remain unsatisfied, we will arrange for the item to be independently verified by the manufacturer at our expense.
• In the unlikely event that any product is found not to be genuine, we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs and a $100 store credit for the inconvenience.
